charged abilities fiire randomly

when im playing vi/sion/new poppy

and use their charged abilities (q's and ult for poppy) i press the button and hold it ... which should charge the skill but not fire it (yes i use quick cast) what actualy happens is that the skill charges for a random amount of time and then releases on its own

fun fact it doesnt happen on xerath ... but ill do some more testing on that (done ... xerath works perfectly)

this is a huge gameplay impairment for me (especialy sine i actualy enjoy sion poppy and vi a lot) i couldnt find it on google so i would apreciate any help
