[Gameplay][Item] Issue with Sterak's

I was playing JG Olaf and at level 10. I had 84 base AD. The tooltip said I'd get +21 AD (mathematically correct) for it. When purchased, I had 104 base AD (+20 AD. Not mathematically correct). Not a huge issue, but it seems there are some rounding errors going on.
