[client] missing champion portraits

when it became my turn to pick in champion select, it seemed like, all of the champions I don't own disappeared from the panel [that makes sense], but the rest of the champions did not reorganize themselves, leaving to a lot of black spaces. It wasn't like the images weren't there; it was just black space, and nothing happened when I clicked on any of the black spaces.

As well, as you can see in the picture, it appears more champion portraits continued down below [like they usually would when all the champion portraits are available] but the scroll bar resized itself to what would usually be the correct size for the number of champions I own, thus making it impossible fore me to scroll down to the remaining champs I do own in this scenario [slayer-jinx-unamused]

anyway, our top udyr totally lost horrifyingly badly against hecarim, so it really didn't matter who I picked in that game :P
