Fizz playful/trickster?

I use fizz alot as a fizz main and one thing i've noticed is sometimes if there a projectile going towards you and you e right before it hits you while your are untargetable you'll take the damage...Heres an example http://plays.tv/video/5823d37a4db95446b6/bug- Why is that? Is it intended?
