The bug: Kalista's dashes do not apply sudden impact from the domination tree, despite being distinctly classified as a dash. It does not apply on regular basic attacks OR on her Q-dash, which CAN CROSS WALLS.

It's working fine on me. Can you explain exactly how you are doing this? To start off, you have to attack the enemy champions for it to work. Minions will not work.
