I was pressing it over and over, chat was working, champ was selected, i was pressing it for like 15 seconds straight, lost 20 lp

LP cannot be adjusted. This is done to prevent any possible tampering of the system. So I'm afraid you're out of luck there friend.

What they really need to do is auto lock-in for you if the champ is selected, like they do in blind pick, there's way too many doges cuz people don't lock in by accident or so. If they planning to doge they would doge anyways instead of not locking in
