[Game Play] /remake failed again....again
3rd time /remake not working with 4 players only connected. Starting to think it doesn't work at all.

/remake has conditions on the vote as well.
- First blood must not have been had
- The absent player must be absent for 90 seconds at the 3 minute mark
Assuming these conditions are met, the game will prompt you for a remake.
An easy way to tell if a player Disconnected in the load screen is where their champion is located at spawn. Did they spawn in the middle of a circle? Or in a normal spot?
Sometimes, players are alt + tabbed out during the load screen, meaning they don't hear or see when the game actually starts. Sometimes, these players aren't disconnected or afk, they just simply don't know what is happening when they are on a different application while league is on in the background.
