[CLIENT] Purchasing not working

I'm seeing a lot of threads in EUW about purchases that result as done when they are not. Example, people buying champion/skins, the transation appears in the purchase history but no item is added to the player. The champion/skin still remains unlocked. Anyone in NA having this problem?
