Queue bug

So i was in que for a blind pick match. it took long for a blindpick .3-4 minutes. so i canceled it for a cpl minutes then que again. then I saw the abandoned message and I had to wait 5 minutes. ok. Waited the 5 minutes. queued again.took a while canceled queue. and now am waiting for 15 minutes before I can que again? . why is it thinking am abandoning queus?
