Remake and Rune items

Recently in a game i played, our caitlyn was afk, so we were goofing around because we knew it was a remake, 3 minutes pass and remake option does not pop up, why so, runes gave her AT 3 MINUTES a free biscuit which counts as an item, we were unable to remake the game thanks to the beautiful system riot made. Please fix this issue and why do i lose the same LP as the player that was afk, for no reason should that happen, have fun updating TFT cause that game definitely made this company for what it is today :)
