post game loading takes 3 full god dam minutes
it took about 5-10 seconds with the old client and never seems to get fixed like ever.

Check the client's settings and see if you have the close client while in game option enabled and disable it if it is. That option causes the client to completely close while you're in game and it has to reload itself from scratch when a game ends (resulting in long loading times after a game).
