[CLIENT] Can't add new friends or accept friend requests since recent patch.

Since the recent patch, when trying to add a new friend, I get a message notifying me my friends list is full, and I should remove some friends before I can add new ones. I only had 297 friends at the time, and the new max is supposedly 325. Still, I tried removing a few friends, and received the same error message.

Players who try to add me (feel free to test it yourself) will also receive an error message claiming my friends list is full.

It's kind of hard to offer a reproduction, but I can give some possible scenarios unique to my situation that may have triggered (lol) this issue.

1. I tried clearing my ignore list, nothing came out of it.

2. Before the patch hit, I had 297 friends, and over 50 incoming pending friend requests. This may be relevant, but there's no way for me to be sure.

I'm not sure if I have to reach some weird threshold before I can start adding friends, but I'm not comfortable removing a bunch of people to test it out. Let me know if there's any sort of specific information that might be relevant and I'll update this post with it asap.

EDIT: Found the cause, I decided to take the plunge and clear all my incoming pending friend requests. I was able to start sending and receiving friend requests again. I don't know if this was an unintended change, or if it's working as intended but the error message is incorrect. Either way, hope it gets addressed at some point!
