Is it me or are item sets on the new client bugged?

I didnt use them until now because I had sets from the old client, so I dont know if its always been like that but... I try to drag and drop an item and suddenly it either is somewhere I dont want it to be or its completely gone and some other item got duplicated for some reason... like.. wat
