[Client] The client keeps forgetting the last skin used

My understanding of the system is that, when a player selects a skin before going into a game, the client automatically "saves" it as the "preferred one", so that it's already pre-selected whenever the player decides to lock the same champion again. Lately this system has been occasionally failing to work for me, causing the last skin used to be replace by the default one. It's a minor bug, but it can be quite annoying, because if you don't notice it in time you have to play the whole game with the wrong skin.
