Tons of bugs issues this patch

I'll list all the issues I've had from this patch alone:

1. Game tabs out. (Fixed thanks to Riot Support). This persisted for many patches
2. System error. Game is unable to start loading in after champs select.
3. Game freezes upon loading. 0 FPS. Crashes as soon as you load in can't do anything. Can't tab out. Can't select any other tabs. Computer seems to still be able to start programs but you can't close League client to restart and you have to restart your whole computer to fix it.
4. Game stuttering. Weird lag where the game stutters but FPS doesn't change. Doesn't happen every game.
