I can't change runes in lobbies

When i click the pencil icon to edit the runes, the only thing that appears is an x to close the rune page window. But the runes page never shows up so i can't edit them.

Same here, would be awesome to see from riot some reaction or hotfix it asap since it ruins completely your game and your teammate's as well...once you dont want to leave ofc.
