I need help with this badly.

The game won't let me login, says I am offline. I restart Client, it says it has restored it to an older version, I click ok or exit and it says I can't login because I may be offline or trys to patch but it will always ether be I can't login because I "may be offline" or endlessly says it is restoring an old version and patching which never leads anywhere. This started happening out of the blue a week ago, I have tried using hextech repair tool, I have tried deleting the patcher line with null lock, I have flushed the DNS, I have set my clock back 2 days, I have tried Uninstalling and reinstalling League Which works for ONE game. Then when I exit client it starts the process up again. Just to be clear, If I uninstall all of League, reinstall it I can get into client and play as many games as I want but if Client exits, the whole process repeats itself. I need the client to stop saying I am offline. How do I do that? I can't login because it's greyed out. My comp is Old, I'm using windows 7 "can't go to windows 10" it's 32 bit, and I do play with 600 ping constantly (satellite internet) But I can play games fine once I get in game, again this problem just started a week or so ago.

UPDATE- I reset my internet, and the game let me Login, it still tried to patch me but when I clicked ok it didn't exit the screen.
