[GAMEPLAY] Poppy's E carries about twice the distance it's supposed to

I was just in a game in top lane, and poppy's E is pushing people way, WAY too far towards walls for the stun.

On the top lane, outer turret, towards blue side (so the pathway is pointing north), if I am standing almost inside the bushes, her E will carry me all the way across the lane and stun me against the wall. That means that the push was reaching across about 70% of the lane width. It seems like at the end of the charge, poppy and I kind of teleport to meet the wall so that it stuns me.
