Can't use any ability on Rek Sai

In a bot game here's what happened:

I was laning against a Jax and Blitzcrank but I'm not sure if they did anything at the time.

I went to click a tunnel while burrowed, and it did some strange interaction, I was not able to use my burrowed attacks afterwards.

I was able to surface by right clicking a minion and attacking, but since then the only thing I am able to do is auto attack and walk. I tried rejoining the game and I'm still skill-locked.

Edit: I can't even use Flash, Teleport, B, Trinket etc.

Edit: Dying fixed the problem. I don't know why I didn't think of that earlier.
