Mystery Gift Being Derpy...?

So my boyfriend was trying to send me a Mystery Gift, but when he does it says my champion pool isn't large enough. Seeing as I own 62 champions and only skins for my mains (plus a few random ones from gifts,) I should have way more than enough for the mystery gift to choose from... halp pls?

You can only get 520+ RP champions in it, so anything less doesn't count. Did you buy all the expensive ones first? Champions on sale won't count either if they fall below the limit.
