oh hey heres another bug ive experienced playing league of legends.
had 2 rerolls someone dodged at the last second of aram.
next champ select , 0 rerolls.

This should be fixed in the next patch. It is only a visual bug present in the new client, if you complete a match or reload your client they reappear, and you can switch to the old client to avoid it entirely.
