Bug on new Summoner's Rift regarding basic attack altering abilities.

I've encountered a bug on the new summoners rift where sometimes if you are playing either Shyvana or Leona and you use your Q, you will just stand there doing nothing while the monster, minion, or enemy champion you were trying to Q still attacks you. This has happened to me 6 times now as both Shyvana and Leona, but only with their Qs. This makes me think that the new map does not like basic attack augmenting abilities. The first five times it has happened I was playing Shyvana in the jungle and it has happened mostly at the red buff. The last time it has happened I was playing Leona and got in a fight with a Darius. I pressed Q and then my champion stopped attacking and stood there doing nothing while Darius and a nearby minion continued attacking. In all cases I've had to move and attack my target again. So I believe the new map is somehow interfering with basic attack altering abilities by disengaging target lock.
