From 2:00 you can see that every time Ashe fires R her arrow after about 1s of flying is moving to it's left by a bit

its moving "left" slightly because of the changes in the elevation of the terrain it is passing over, as it goes up the small incline between the river and the jungle it adjusts upwards so it does not get blocked by the ground.
