Match accept bug

So every now and then when I click "Accept" when a match has been found, for some reason it says I declined it instead, mind fixing this? this gets pretty annoying, as it also sometimes happens enough times consecutively that I end up being put on low queue priority and have to wait like 5 minutes, seriously, mind doing something about this?

I get this as well, not often but once it happened three times in a row and i got a warning saying if i kept declining matches i would be penalized. That was some serious bullshit. Hope this will be fixed soon, been there for ages..

now imagine this happens but you have leaver buster for 20min, you have to wait the hole 20min again :,D
