graphics bugging out hard during game

just randomly my graphics went down a lot. no idea why, nothing in the settings was changed at all.

Edit: I confirmed it is nothing on my pc, it was not overheating, and there were no processes on the background ongoing. the error was removed once i had restarted the game, but in doing so i lost said game very hard.
