Relic shield bug

As of now 2/11/16 relic shield seems to not execute properly. basically if you hit it at under the 350 damage it wont execute

odd, cause I just had a Nautilus support who had no problems executing. I also looked at your matches and in the past few days with two games that had FOTM(Not even a game today that had it). One was Zac and the other thresh.
