Why won't you fix Urgot bug?

I will start by writing verbatim his Ultimate description:

"Urgot charges up his Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser, swapping positions with the target and terrifying nearby enemies for 1.5 seconds. His target is suppressed for the duration of the channel. He gains Damage Reduction during and after the swap."

I have been playing Urgot for many seasons and have a mastery level 6 on him. At no time in the past have I been able to purposefully (or accidentally) cancel his ult like I could say that of Teleport. Any click of any kind, whether it be a movement, attack, or another summon, will cancel his ultimate. I've seen stupid things like minion damage or Singed poison trail cancel his ult. I have posted this now for the 3rd time with not even an acknowledgement that 1) you've even looked into that matter or 2) that there is indeed a bug. This bug also removes his damage reduction leaving him extremely vulnerable. It's been 2 patches since the first time I posted this and not 1 word has been said.
