Darius Ult CD and Reset Bug

Sometimes if Darius begins Noxian Guillotine's animation, and the enemy champion dies during the animation and the damage from his ult was sufficient to kill the enemy champion, them his ultimate will activate the cooldown reset (you have X seconds to reactive Noxian Guillotine), even though his ultimate has not damaged the champion or executed them. The ult will then go on cooldown unless you reactivate it and reset again.
