[gameplay] Twitch ult = 0 damage to inhibitors

currently, when Twitch is ulting, he deals 0 damage to inhibitors. A bug which is hopefully easy to fix.

This is intended. His ult doesn't not work on Inhibs and Nexus.

so with ult activated and you auto the inhib it does nothing, or do you mean the shots after piercing a unit are doing nothing.

if his autos directly toward inhib do nothing while ult is up, then yes that is hopefully a bug.

but if its an issue with the piercing shots doing nothing, its probably intended

It is intended, if you search the other threads, this issue has already been addressed. It is it prevent you from taking a base too fast.
