Teambuilder 2 Yasuo on 1 team. Client server error.

So i started up a teambuilder search and somehow ended up on the same team as another yasuo in the jungle role. Obviously the rest of the team was surprised and wanted to see what would happen if we started the game. Well we did start it, and then the client gave a very quick to disappear error before kicking me out of the matchmaking queue. After that i attempted to start another game thinking that maybe the queue had just booted us because of the 2 Yasuo on 1 team, however it gave me an error stating that "According to the server, you are already in a game. Please restart the application. Once I restarted the client and logged back in, i as brought to the reconnect screen stating that i was in a game. (Wasn't even on my match history) and clicking it did nothing. What happened??
