Tooltip: Annie's Molten Shield

So a few patches ago, Annie's Molten Shield was changed to apply a boost to Tibbers's move speed and also give him the shield when you used Molten Shield while Summon: Tibbers was active. The problem is that this change is stated nowhere in her kit. It's not on the tooltip for her E, it's not on the tooltip for Tibbers. When new players see this interaction they might be able to figure it out for themselves, but they might not be sure if the move speed is intentional or a bug, or how long it's supposed to last or anything like that. We need the tooltip for Molten Shield updated to reflect this change, please.
