Can't you Bard E through an Anivia Wall?

Presume it's because it's champion made terrain, most of which doesn't last as long as Bard's tunnel. So you'd just have a tunnel in the middle of the map, not connected to any wall.

That's never been a possible interaction. Bard use his portal on any player made terrain.
