[Client] Dodging In Champ Select Not Removing From Champ Select/Match

1:50 am EST early this morning (July 6th), I had a bit of a storm roll in as I was in champ select. I was second pick and had just locked in Zilean support.

When I heard the thunder getting worse I immediately exited the client to dodge, because I wasn't sure if the power was going to go out and didn't want to dc in game.

When I logged in today, I had no queue time from dodging, no leaverbuster messages, etc. I see however that I was NOT removed from champ select (despite knowing for a fact I dodged out of champ select before the third person on my team picked as it was the enemy teams turn and I exited the client completely).

It still pushed me through into the game as if I never left the client for some reason, and I assume my team just did remake, but I was given a loss, and likely a strike in leaverbuster, despite knowing 100% I dodged in champ select (I mean, I wasn't even logged into the client, so how was I still in champ select?).

I completely turned my pc off shortly after exiting the game (maybe 30 seconds after, quite literally) so there is no way the client was even running in the background at that point.
