[CLIENT]ESC key bug

I tried to check my check settings if everything was set on smartcast correctly. I pressed ESC but the menu didn't showup. I thought ok anyoing bug but ok. That was until I was in lane. I tried to use my trinket it didn't work. I tried to use my E it didn't work. I litterly couldn't use my abilities anymore...

So to give it short:

1. I played a game
2. In the fountain while I walking towards my bot turret I pressed ESC to open the menu
3. The menu didn't show up
4. When I entired lane I couldn't use abilities, trickets, summoners and probaly active items anymore. This included action for my mouse (clicking on my abilities, sums or items or using my mouse 3 & 4 settings), basicly everything that's defined by keybindings.
5. I used the command CTR+ALT+ESC to minimalize the game.
6. When I reopened it again the menu showed up. When I closed it the bug was fixed.

So basicly the bug has something todo that the client thinks the menu is open. This is a pretty gamebreaking bug that lost us first blood. Please fix this shit.
