[GAMEPLAY] Movement speed on Luden's

I was trying out Luden's on Kat. I run MS quints on kat and had t2 boots and a Luden's. It said I had 452 (I think... def 450+). I'm not sure what happened but at some point (I think I got slowed) it dropped to 430-something and never went back up. Wat.

i had the same thing it changes the movement speed just the number didn't change happened to me on kat you should link my post as well ill link yours on mine
