ghost porro not working correctly
It seems like i cant consistently spawn it.

This tripped me up too XD They actually changed all the Runes on that line a little, and Ghost Poro spawns differently; instead of dropping it at will like a ward in bushes, they spawn when your Wards die natural deaths (time out). Check the patch notes for full details.
