[Gameplay] Jinx's "Get Excited" is Bugged When Destroying Inhibitors. @Riot
Currently when Jinx destroyed an Inhibitor her passive will give her 4 stacks.
However with Hurricane she can get up to 10 stacks. Giving her 2.5 AS very easily.
100% Reproducible.
Step 1: Pick Jinx Step 2: Buy Hurricane Step 3: Destroy Inhibitor Result: Gives her 10 stacks instead of 4 on her passive.
