[client or gameplay] Spectator mode STILL bugged

I reported this during the last patch, never got a response. I had assumed it would be noted even though I didn't get a response last time, but apparently not.

When a match on summoner's rift on spectator mode finishes, there is no "Victory!" call out and a continue button to use to exit the game, you must do so manually through the menu.

To reproduce:

1. Spectate a game on Summoner's rift (usually ranked draft)
2. Wait until the game finishes
3. You can't exit the game without doing so manually from the menu
4. Riot-senpai please notice me (and the other bugs I've reported this patch)
