Did some testing, this is either not working correctly, or is going to make Electrocute the worst of the 3 viable Kat runes (Dark Harvest / Conqueror / Electrocute)
I forgot to take out the text that mentions daggers being part of combos, that was something from earlier in editing process and I spaced about it : /

I don't get the downvotes. Just because you think "there's too much damage" in the game doesn't make this not a bug.

I was just going to post about this... After doing some research of my own, I found out that electrocute does proc if you click on them before the shunpo. Unless Riot fixes this it just means you need to and in a little more mouse movement and 1 more click on your combo... which is quite annoying.
+1, Rito Games fix it, its big nerf for kat.
Please fix this Riot. I have 1.4mil Mastery on Katarina and I lose when I go for trades now. My laning is ruined and I can't trade before taking enough damage to push me out of lane.
