Promos ruined by controls disabling

I was unable to use anything for a long period in my game which was my promos, and your system wouldn't correct itself until I closed the game, then suddenly I couldn't reconnect AT ALL, this doesn't seem fair that I lose my promos cause of YOUR shit system
