Lux Luscent Singularity (E) going through Yasuo Wind Wall

Happened to me multiple times in a Ranked game I just did. It's weird because early into the match it blocked just fine, but at some point afterwards Lux's E started going through my Wind Wall, allowing her to detonate it afterwards and do her damage as if the Wind Wall wasn't up in the first place. Lux's E is bad enough as-is, but being able to go through Wind Wall? Really hope that's not intentional.

P.S. When was it changed that building Maw no longer reset the Lifegrip shield passive?
