PSA: Xerath is glitched.

If you fire his ulti quickly after casting, the first shot fires directly onto yourself, regardless of where you aim it.

Some people complained about it being an issue when testing the new skin, but it's actually a live glitch right now. Just had it happen at least 3 times in one game.

When I have the screen half-way across the map and I tap 'R' on an enemy, and the first little water balloon "arcane bolt" plops directly on top of my head, it's most likely a glitch.
