[CLIENT] System did not give warning when my MMR dropped low enough to go down a tier

I remember being told that if you ever lost so many ranked games that you got low enough to drop a tier, you were supposed to get a warning letting you know that. Recently, I got dropped from gold to silver, and I never got a warning that told me my MMR was getting dangerously low. Just a message at the end of a game saying I got demoted to silver 1.
