[CLIENT] Champion select bug.

I'll describe how it happened:

I queue'd up for ARAM, got matched which I accepted but at champion select there was no champion select on my screen. Instead I had the page you get after logging on (with the store stuff, 5 matches to spectate, etc) but I still heard the music from champion select so I had to shut down my LoL client to prevent me from having bad runes and masteries on a random champion. When I logged on again I had the dodge time penalty.
