[CLIENT] League client completely not launching at all (PVP.net patcher kernal error)

two days ago, my league client stopped launching, giving the "PVP.net Patcher Kernal has stopped working" error when I try to launch it, without even displaying the patcher or anything else at all!!

I uninstalled, reinstalled. . . . I uninstalled, restarted my computer, reinstalled, restarted my computer again: still the same! Nothing will launch at all when I try to run the program.

I'm not sure what else to try! . . . I don't want to stop playing league :(
