Ezreal's flux doesn't have an icon when applied to me

This may or may not be a bug. But I was playing Tahm Kench fighting an Ezreal, and whenever he landed his Flux on me, it wouldn't have an icon on the bottom where it showed how long it would be there. It was just blank.
