With Pantheon's rework they changed the color of his Baker skin to blue from red, but it is visible in Sashimi Akali's splash art and shows up as red. The little cut rectangle used to display the skin in the loading screen has it visible, too.

Go to collection. Go to skins. Go to akali, then look from there. On the right of her you can see half of Baker Pantheon, still red. If you click on it, he is blue.
