My client is not notifying me of when queues are ready and I'm hitting lock-out timers now.

Whether I am waiting on the client window directly or if I'm on an internet browser, the game client refuses to (even after relaunching) tell me when queues are ready to accept/decline. At BEST, the timer is frozen for several seconds of how long I'd been waiting and then I'm told that I have declined too many times and I'm being unfairly punished by being put on the low priority queue before I'm allowed to launch matchmaking again.

This is simply unacceptable. How is it MY fault that, even after taking steps (like running rebooting the game client or running the repair tool), YOUR client decides to just not work and I am to blame?

Get it together. I'm not at all amused.
