  1. Base AD scaling mistake Scale less in early level (4 instead of flat 5, sometimes even only 3) but at level 18 it will reach 146 (normal value) Actually this bug begins in 7.23 seems not fix in 7.24

  2. Revitalize NOT work in Morde Just tested it and it does not work
