His ult once reaching lvl 16 sometimes doesn't even refreshes on kills
His W isn't slowing attack speed anymore
and his bleed doesn't do full damage
I just lost a game 100% because of my ult didnt reset when i clearly got the kill and the jinx had 2.5 atk speed even after my w

There is also bugs with his bleed, and for the people that will complain with his pull, it is hitscan on cast, just like Cho scream.

This is coming from thebloody7, someone from Diamond damn son. My advice as of now, don't use him until they fix ALL OF HIS BUGS. Ffs at least a Hi from a Rioter is all I would love to see.
